    My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use this link to check real-time updates. If the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact our support team and we’ll investigate your order immediately.

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    Delivery on public holidays depends on our courier partners. In most cases, packages are not delivered on national holidays. Orders placed during these days will be processed on the next working day.

    Do you deliver to my postcode?

    Yes, we deliver to most Texas (U.S) postcodes. You can check delivery availability by entering your postcode at checkout. If your area is outside our network, our system will notify you before you place the order.

    Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

    Next-day delivery is available for select items and eligible locations. Availability will be shown at checkout. Large or heavy furniture items may require additional handling time.

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    Most of our furniture deliveries require a signature to ensure your order is received safely and in perfect condition. If you won’t be home at the scheduled time, you can easily reschedule with our delivery team or authorize a trusted person to receive the order on your behalf. We’ll always coordinate with you to make sure delivery is smooth and secure.
