Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Black Bed Set, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation Timeframe

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing an order.

Order Confirmation & Payment

  • After placing your order, a Black Bed Set representative will confirm your order details via email.

  • Payment will be processed after confirmation or within 48 hours of the transaction, whichever occurs first.


Cancellation Fees

  • Within 24 Hours:
    Full refund with no cancellation fee (does not apply if the item is already in the warehouse or in transit).

  • After 24 Hours:
    A 3% non-refundable processing fee applies.

  • Items in Warehouse, In Transit, or Ready for Delivery:

    • 70% refund (covers processing, picking, and handling)

    • Delivery fees are non-refundable

    • A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required


Products Not Ready for Delivery

  • 97% refund if payment has been captured

  • 100% refund if payment has not yet been captured


Special Orders & Shipped Items

  • Backordered Items:
    If you choose to wait for a backordered item, the order becomes a non-cancellable special order.

  • Shipped Items:
    Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
    If a return is approved, a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply (RMA required).


Merchant’s Inability to Meet ETA

  • Full refund (minus 3% processing fee): If the item is not yet in transit

  • 30% cancellation fee: If the item is already in transit


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If an item arrives damaged or with missing parts, our team will review and provide a solution within 24 hours.
If a return is requested after review, a 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply (RMA required).


Important Returns Policy

  • All sales are final once items are delivered correctly and in good condition.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • The wrong item was delivered, or

    • The item arrived damaged

  • A valid RMA is required for all approved returns.


Ownership & Return of Merchandise

  • If a refund or chargeback is issued, ownership of the merchandise reverts to Black Bed Set.

  • Customers must return the merchandise in its original condition.

  • Failure to return refunded merchandise may result in legal action.
